Kris and D were very helpful in prompt replacement of my punctured tire, even when I came just 10-15 mins before the closing time. The prices offered were very reasonable and overall experience was very smooth. Thanks again!

Lack of transparency, and professionalism. I visited the store on May 10, 2026, for a flat tyre on my Honda CR-V because Discount Tire was closed that day. After inspection, I was informed that the tyre was not repairable due to supposed shoulder damage and was told the vehicle was essentially not safely drivable unless I purchased a replacement tyre from them. Based on the way the situation was explained to me, I felt pressured into believing replacement was the only option available at that moment. Later, I took the same tyre to Discount Tire for a second opinion. Their technicians confirmed the puncture was actually in the center tread area and that the tyre was completely repairable. They successfully repaired it, and it is currently back on my vehicle without any issues. What concerns me most is that the location pointed out by Just Tires as the damage area was not even the actual puncture location. I also have photos documenting this. This raises serious concerns about inspection accuracy, transparency, and professionalism. I made multiple follow-up visits during work hours and even spoke directly with the store representative requesting a reasonable resolution or refund

Great group of guys. Very polite helpful and friendly. I live in Rockwall and it is worth the longer drive to come here. Made an appt and waited 15 min to get in. Better than the doctor.

I took my car in for a slow leak repair and was impressed with the thorough service. They not only fixed the initial leak, but also found two nails in another tire. While one was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired, their diligence prevented a potential future issue. Since the tires were nearly new, with only 9,000 miles, I needed a quick replacement. As they didn't have one in stock, I went to the dealership. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their free tire pressure check service is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.
